Here are our rates for the month:
APRIL 2024 (16 full school days)
$304.00 5 DAYS a week MONTHLY RATE, every full school day EMS is in session.
$152.00 5 DAYS MONTHLY SIBLING 50% RATE.
$273.00 4 FIXED DAYS PER WEEK, for full school day EMS is in session.
$137.00 4 FIXED DAYS SIBLING 50% RATE.
$240.00 3 FIXED DAYS PER WEEK, for full school day EMS is in session.
$120.00 3 FIXED DAYS SIBLING 50% RATE.
$189.00 MONTHLY RATE for 2 days a week, for full school day EMS is in session.
$87.00 MONTHLY RATE for 1 day a week, for full school day EMS is in session.

Please note: We will be closed from April 1-5, for Spring Recess along with Monday, April 22, an Early Dismissal Day. We will be open April: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 29 and 30.

The ZONE is an after-school program exclusively for Edgar Middle School students. We are open from 2:31 to 6 pm every full school day. Our program is closed when there is no school or when there is an early dismissal day. The ZONE program is owned and operated by the Metuchen Board of Education. However, The ZONE program is supported exclusively through the fees we collect. We are not subsidized by the Metuchen Board of Education. To that end, we strive to provide an outstanding after-school program at an affordable price for Metuchen families. This school year there is a big range in the number of full school days per month from as little as 12 days in November to 21 in October, January, and May. The same price per month does not work given the difference in days and its impact on both your and our budget. Our pricing for the 2023 - 2024 school year is reflective of this and varies per month.

Register and pay online - Parents/Guardians can pay for The Zone via PaySchoolsCentral. PaySchoolsCentral is the online system used for school lunches.
